Shopping with theDiscount
Divas.com is simple. No
need to register or
create accounts. Simply click on "Add to Cart" when you wish to
purchase something, and then keep on shopping.
Once you
are finished shopping, checking out is
easy. Just click on
"View Bag" located at the top of any page, and then click on
"Proceed to Checkout". Remember, it is always smart to review the items
in your shopping bag before checking out. Look over sizes, colours and
quantities. Update your cart, if needed.
Please be
advised that once an order has been
placed, you will only
have twenty-four (24) hours to make any modifications. After said
twenty-four (24) hours, we will begin processing your order, and you
will be unable to make any modifications to the order. This includes
cancellations.
Once you
are ready to checkout with the items in
your shopping cart,
click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button in your shopping cart. At
this point, you will be redirected to our secured site.
Payment Methods
All our prices are in Australian Dollars.
Upon clicking on "Proceed to Checkout", you will be
automatically
redirected to PayPal's secure site.
If you do not have a PayPal
account, please note that you can still use this payment method by
using a major credit card. PayPal accepts the following credit cards:
Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
TheDiscountDivas.com also accepts Australia Money
Order and Direct Bank
Deposits. If you wish to pay via these two methods, please e-mail us at

Unfortunately,
our website is not equipped to process international orders.
International customers from New Zealand and Japan must contact us via
e-mail or the Contact Us form found on every page. Please note that we
do not accept money order or direct bank deposits from international
customers.

that is why all
online purchases are routed through PayPal's secured site, which is
encrypted. It is safe and secure, and protects
both parties. Please note that, at no time, will we be privy to any of
your credit information.

in US sizes
unless otherwise specified.
Also, all measurements provided are in inches unless otherwise
specified.
Apparel:
If you are familiar with a designer or brand, please order the size you
normally do. If not, please match your measurements to the size guides
provided with each piece. All the size guides that you will find on
TheDiscountDivas.com are provided by
either the designer or manufacturer of the apparel or major retailers
which carry the line. However, because sizing may vary between cuts and
designs, please use this chart as a
general guide to compare the various size scales.
Handbags:
All sizes (i.e., small, medium, large or oversized) provided in product
descriptions are the sizes indicated by the designer or manufacturer.
The dimensions of each handbag is noted in its individual description.
Measurements provided are all approximate and are in inches (") unless
otherwise specified.
Availability
As we only carry limited quantities on
theDiscountDivas.com, the
"sell out risk" is very high. Although we make every effort to keep
sufficient
stock of items listed
on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are
out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via
e-mail. In these cases, you will be given the choice to exchange the
product or receive a full refund. Any changes will be reflected in your
order total.

offers shipping by registered
label through Australia Post. Shipping will be automatically determined
upon checkout. Should you wish to have your item sent
via Express Post, please contact us via e-mail.

Items are usually shipped from overseas suppliers within forty-eight

hours
and have a transit time of approximately fourteen (14) business days.
Transit time
may take longer if the destination area is considered remote. Also,
please keep in mind
that we do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on
Friday usually ship out the following Monday or Tuesday.
Note that the
arrival time is not guaranteed as customs, as well as
Australia Post, may cause some delays. In general, please allow thirty
(30) business days for delivery.

Shipping
Policy for International Customers: New Zealand and Japan
At
this time, we only accept international orders from New Zealand and
Japan.
Such
orders may incur customs fees for which we are no longer responsible.
New Zealand and Japanese customers are responsible for paying the
customs and import duties. We cannot determine in advance what these
charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine
the customs costs. It is your responsibility to verify the customs and
duty charges and procedures in your country before placing your order.
If you refuse to pay charges levied by your country, your package may
be returned to us. Should this happen, we
shall
keep the merchandise and issue no credit or refunds.
New
Zealand
Shipping
charges to New Zealand begin at AU$ 37.00 for orders weighing up to 2
kilos. Orders have a transit time of approximately twenty-one (21)
business days. Transit time
may take longer if the destination area is considered remote. Also,
please keep in mind
that we do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on

Returns
and Refunds
All items sold on theDiscountDivas.com are considered final sales.
We
only accept returns or requests for refunds if the product shipped is
damaged/defective or differs in size, colour and/or design from the one
you ordered. Please be guided accordingly when purchasing an item.
If
the product you received sufficiently meets one or both of these
criteria, then you are welcome to return the item and avail of a
refund. (Actual shipping and handling costs, however, will not be
refunded.) Please examine your purchase immediately upon receipt as
returns are only accepted on merchandise which are postmarked within
three (3) days of delivery.
The item to be returned should not
have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must still be attached. All
accompanying components of the order must be intact to be accepted for
return. These "accompanying components" may include, but are not
limited to, sleeper cases, detachable straps and authenticity cards. We
do not accept returns on shoes that have been scuffed. Thus, please be
careful when trying on all shoes. Footwear returns must include the
original shoe box in its original condition. Damages to or omission of
this box from your return may result in a non-refund.
Finally, please note that, as we do not carry large quantities or every
size, we do not process exchanges.

Refused
Shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from
theDiscountDivas.com, the
shipment will be returned to our depot. We will not, however, issue
you any refunds. As stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy,
we only deal in clearance items or final sales, and most items are not
eligible for refunds.
In these cases, the shipment will once again be
mailed to you via a C.O.D ("cash on delivery") satchel, which you will
now have to pay for
upon receipt. If we receive the merchandise a second time, we shall
keep the merchandise and issue no credit or refunds.
Legal Notice
All prices listed are accurate to the best of our
ability. In the rare
case an item is mislisted, theDiscountDivas.com reserves the right to
refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is
mailed confirming
the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and
orders may be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours due to
insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of
fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other
reason, as we see fit.
Please further note that theDiscountDivas.com shall
have the right to
refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has
been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your
order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account
in the amount of the incorrect price.
